KPM Building Solutions was founded in 2010 by Peter and Kassandra Murphy. It is a family owned and run building company. Peter comes from a long background in both the residential and commercial construction industry and has built this company on a foundation of over 20 years experience and knowledge of the industry.

Prior to establishing this company Peter starting out as a cabinet maker before moving on to carpentry and block laying trades. He then went on to site management in commercial construction and has since completed a Certificate IV in Building and Construction and holds current QBCC  licences as a Builder – Low Rise and Site Supervisor in Open Class.

KPM-kitchen-living-housePeter has managed projects in the commercial arena to the value of $10 million and has been responsible from producing a quality result whilst ensuring a safe work environment for hundreds of tradespeople.

Since starting KPM Building Solutions, we have built investment and custom homes, renovated existing homes, bathrooms and kitchens. We have added extensions to homes such as decks, pergolas, or complete storeys. We have also built commercial and residential sheds.

We pride ourselves on being creative people and strive to stay abreast of new concepts and pass this information onto our clients. We also believe on ensuring our projects are built to the highest of standards using quality materials. We have a large supply of professional tradespeople that we utilise to get the job done.

KPM-display-homeOur commitment is to provide advice and support throughout the whole process, regardless of how small or large the job is. In doing so, we will happily provide input at the design stage and throughout the build. We aim to keep you informed at all times on the progress of the build also.

Peter is a member of the Housing Industry Association which promotes industry standards through a National Code of Ethics.
